I got some mango chutney as a gift and am looking for a recipe to use it on. I am not a big pork chop guy so was hoping for something else. Any ideas??

Might go good in place of the mango and red pepper salsa I use in this recipe.

If only I had a source for nice, sun-ripened, Florida mangoes. -
Those center cut chops look great! Any guidance on the dome temp?? Seriously, I can't wait to get home tonight and try it.

i cooked them at 400 with the temp dropping to about 375 during the cook. about 35 minutes turning once. the last 5 minutes the internal temps took off, so you really have to watch them. smear some chutney on the exterior during the cook to get them sticky. one toothpick through the bottom to hold them together. i went raised grill direct, if you dont have a raised grill, go inderect at 400fukahwee maineyou can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it

Smoky B,
Goes great with smoked duck breast.

I like it with burgers, beef, poultry, fish, just with cream cheese and crackers and my latest find called for a mango salsa, but chutney will do just as well.

Hey LS
When we were down in Vegas I had tea smoked duck that was to die for. Any thoughts on how one would replicate that on the egg?
Doug -
Doug,
I would sear on the grill and leave the foil pack with tea leaves an so on on the grill till it started to smoke, then put the seared breasts on an extended rack above the foil. If you had a smoker pan that would work too.
Here is a basic recipe.

This is the way I like to do them.

Thanks Steve, looks good.

Thanks Richard, think I'll try both this one and the one LS posted.
