Pizza! Pizza!

My daughter and I decided we wanted pizza tonight. It turned out real good because nothing cooks pizza better than the egg! We did cheat however and used my bread machine to make the dough :P .
Dough'n the prep...
PreHeat'n the egg! I settled the egg at 575 for the pizza...
Back to making the pie
...
Pizza Check...
Pizza Done!
I think Fidel's dough will be my next recipe. The garlic butter that I did tonight is great but we have been using that recipe for a couple of years now. Time to try something new.

Bread machine ain't cheatin' any more than a stand mixer is cheatin'. They both do the same thing.

I agree with Fidel - buying Publix pizza dough is cheating - making your own dough at home is not!

Sometimes. I have 3 or 4 go to dough recipes depending on the type of pie I want to make.
