Tonight's Dinner?
The corn was grilled with soy sauce and butter and came out great. The steak was cooked with a Mojoto Lime marinade and came out great. I was trying for medium rare but btwn all the grilling and beer drinking, it came out medium well but it still tasty awesome! With that, I also needed to have an onion to go along with the steak. A nice sausage complimented everything as well. The green peppers were cooked with a little oil, cumin, ginger, thyme, and chilli powder. I was going through my seasonings and decided to put that one together and it tasted great.
You can also see some zucchini that was drizzled with oil, and then grinded some black pepper and sea salt on to it.

After everything was bought inside!

Grilled bananas.

Grilled bananas with condensed milk, azuki beans and my daughter(Myka) with the bunny ears

Another pic of the grilled bananas with azuki beans.

Myka enjoying here dessert of bananas with condensed milk and azuki beans!!!

And to wash everything down...the cold one....and again, Myka with the bunny ears!

Man, I like me some zucchini on the Egg, all coated with EVOO, herbs and then a little mozzarella. Good looking food, Mike, and even better-looking family. Smiles all around.

Full grill + full plate -> Happy Family!
Nice job, Mike. I bet if you ordered a "mixed grill" at an upscale restaurant you could get the same food, cooked with less flavor and without the family bonding, for $20-25 or so per plate.
Thanks for the pics, nice post.
