This is my 3rd cook and would like to get the lighting of the Lump done correctly. I have the lump lit and it is going. Do I keep the Dome Lid opened or closed as the gray smoke is going ? I want to get it to 650 to do Rib Eyes. So how long do I maintain at 650 before I put the Rib Eyes on the Grill ?
