Is there enough Lump to grill Rib Eyes when using a Lump Reducer for the XL ?
Or do I need to remove the Lump Reducer for steaks and or Hi-Temp cooks ?
Thanks.

A 2.5 inch New York Strip.
The ring is 14 inch diameter.
I filled mine full for a steak and it did great!!
I also used the hanger and a cast iron grate.
It should handle many large steaks, no problem. -
Did you T-Rex the steak from the picture I see ?
I would cook the steaks at the Fire RING LEVEL. 2 minutes per side at 650 and then shut vents for 2 minutes.
I saw that way on the video. What do you think of that way of doing it ?
Thank you.
