Amost meatloaf but........

Cooked burgers for the family tonight and I got a bit carried away with mine :ohmy: . It's almost big enough to be a meatload :laugh: but I'm calling it a cheeseburger w/o bun ;). I used the normal seasonings: sea salt, black pepper, garlic, dryed onions and swiss cheese (taking a break from rubs, smoke and sauces - kiss).

I baked a couple of vadalia onions with mushrooms in EVOO as a side. My.... the vadalia onions are sweet.
