LOL!!!! I have to know.....How many people do you cook for at a time? I've got a large and a small and pick up my mini on Tuesday and if I were to get another Egg after that it wouldn't matter because I would be dead!!! On the other hand there are just two of us...
-
Are you gonna break it in before she gets home?
-
Julie, you must be out of your mind. Do you realy think I would do something like that?

Bubba Tim, is the Hero of small cats and Defender of undersized lobsters. He certainly knows when not to tick off LC. She CAN shoot the nads of a flea at 600 yards. I should know, I trained her.. :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: You must master temp, smoke, and time to achive moisture, taste, and texture! Visit www.bubbatim.com for BRISKET HELP -

OK...NOW I get it!!! I just want to get good enough to I can start to cater a little bit. I've worked in restaurants for years and catered lots of other types of food but this would be new. I've made pork for 20 or so people but that is about the extent of it.

Rescued from people that did not want this sweet child and would possibly abused her with briquttes and lighter fluid. This WAS a job for The Hero of smal cats and the Defender of undersized lobsters, aka, Bubba Tim.
She is in rehab and getting all her bolts tight and her termometer calibrated.. :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:You must master temp, smoke, and time to achive moisture, taste, and texture! Visit www.bubbatim.com for BRISKET HELP
