My BGE fire that is. :laugh: (oh and other fires too
)
After owning the BGE for over 2 years she finally decided it was time to the light the BGE fire. I was on my way home and she got the small started and put the platesetter in. Then she got the fire stabilized at 375ish and put on a sweet potatoe & baked vidalia onion.
I got home and put on the pork tenderloin & pineapple. Oh and she made some more Pomegranite Martinis. (thanks Richard :silly: )
Here are a few pics...BTW we put DP Pineapple Head on the pineapple, the pork and the sweet potato...it was all delicious.

Plated with home made pickled beets

and after nearly 36 years of marriage she does light my fire... :woohoo: :P
