Used a dry rub on all of it. On half the wings Blue Hog 50/50. And the other half Todd's Carnivore Sauce. Thighs had seasoning only.

I gather from your handle that is North Virginia, however nova in spanish means no go, doesn't go. Just funning.
Chevy tried to sell novas in latin speaking countries in the early sixties and the latins did not buy. Chevy finally figured it out. Changed the name to caribe. -
I would love to have my 67 Nova SS back. :(
-
Good lookin Dinner.

I'm aware of all the baggage, especially the chevy Nova in Latin America - I'm that old
But NoVA is in common use for Northen Virginia
Cheers, -
So would I. I had a 63 and 64 Impala SS but always wanted the Nova SS.
-
I did keep my 70 Chevelle SS.
It stays in the garage mostly. :( -
My brother had a 69 blue convertible. 396 4speed. Wish he kept it.
-
I am sure. I have the 454 4 speed and wish I had about 4 more. For its sticker price in 1970 of $4700. Now they bring from $20k to over $100k

Wow! I wish he would have kept it. I never had a fast car. One day I will get one. In the 70's a friend had a 69 vette with a 427. He blew the engine and got a 454. I think the 427 was faster.

Cool!! Great investment. Has to stay in garage else you'd be buying new rubber for her all the time
Hind site is 20/20 - wish I had kept my 63 and 64 SS Impalas but my 2007 C6 Vette helps me get over it some :woohoo: -
That was quite the era. A lot of great classics.

My wife and I love the carnivore sauce on wings. It's a very mild but just right heat for our tastes and seems to go VERY well with chicken.
Great looking cook!
