two gas grill in two days :(

If I was not happy with my little family of eggs before I am thrilled with them now. twice this weekend I had food off a gas grill. one I did the cooking. what a night and day difference. I had stuffed chicken breasts with roasted peppers and cream cheese and the left over artichoke stuff I used on the pizzas fri night. got a call from friends to some for dinner at the last minute and where we are going to be gone for a couple of days with the baby coming tomorrow I took them over to cook there. I almost tossed the mini in but wondered if it would be rude :huh: crap I wish I had. no temp control on their gasser and I did not bring my theropen.... not that it would have made much difference. dry and a funny taste...... funny how you forget all that. man I love my eggs!!
