    I haven't. Posted to one of your posts from last week a quick question: "what's the way you prefer to have it?"

    I am tempted to just grill it direct and eat it all at once, but wanted to ask the guru what you preferrred. It was great at the fest, and I don't want to waste what I have.

    Just eat it like traditional bacon or make BLT's with it. It's almost too thick to wrap anything with it. I like adding it to string beans julienned and topping hamburgers with it too.

    Got home last Thursday afternoon and had dinner guests both Friday and Saturday night. sheesh. I'm cooked out. :blink:
