Tonight was a re-visit to a meal I've only eaten/cooked twice. This visit was much better than the first version. Picked these up and dusted w/ some lemon pepper on half and the other the new seasoning I picked up Monday. . Grilled raised about 350-400 dome temp w/ a piece of pecan. Rested them for a while to let the corn & aspargus finish. Excellent, moist & tasty. Grilled a few shrimp for an app w/ the new selection of beverage for the night. All in all, it doesn't get much better.
