Talapia and vegis in pastry

The ingredients: store pie crust, 4 pieces of talapia, fresh basil, pesto, farmers cheese, summer squash, zucchini. two pieces of fish on each crust. sliced squash, chopped basil, tsp of pesto, a couple tbs of farmers cheese and a little indian river pixie dust. fold over brush with a little milk to gloss and bake at 350 for about 35-40 minutes indirect till golden brown. this was very good! and all on the mini

I'm an "old-school"/"old-fart" guy. My vision is ok, but, not the best. How did you make that Mini indirect in that cook? I see the pizza grate, but what did you do to block the direct heat?

the first one I shoved the extra set of green feet I have under it, just by the hot spots (I was to lazy to get off the chair and walk in to get the foil LOL). the second one I just folded a piece of heavy duty foil under it and that was perfect. I have a small cake cooling rack under there lifting the pizza screen up. it has a little longer feet so it raises it up further.I have about 12 old cake cooling racks in different sizes I use to do more levels in a cook.
