What do you get when you have 3 huge chicken breasts and two kinds of left over bbq sauce containers?

A damn good meal! :P

So i lathered 1 breast with Williamson Brothers (Wife's Fave) and the other 2 with Dreamland. All is great, hers was perfect and mine was awesome and for a bonus I have lunch for tomorrow! :P :P :P

Here's the rub...
Garlic, Paprika, Pepper, Salt, Adobo, Tony's and a touch of Soy.

  • That is some great looking chicken and that Egg is way to clean  I have found a new love with chicken on the Egg. There are so many ways to cook it and season it. It takes most seasons well.

I am a man and have no issue with admitting that while it is hot I am always wiping it down. Hell I even oil up the DFMT just for fun :P . I might have issues.

    Somebody help!

Another great cook brought to us by The Doctor! I really enjoy your posts, and especially like the fact that you use a lot of different seasonings. I sometimes forget that there are rubs in existence besides DP (and that's not a slam on DP at all, I love them myself, but you tend to use others that I haven't heard of). What is the Adobo, by the way?

I appreciate your post. I still have not tried any DP yet but I am looking forward to it. Adobo is a latin american spice that comes in many variations. I recommend the Badia brand and you should be able to find it in the international section of your grocery store. It is best on Chicken and Pork. I do not use it on beef.
