With a couple other things.
Used some bread crumbs to thicken the sauce up.

Topped with Havarti from Denmark.

Raised grid indirect at 400.

A litte Hungarian Paprika for color.

Plated, those little dishes don't hold much.

 Mikey, did you eat both, or did you have a friend over for your birthday????
-
Both, had a great day anyway. GREAT.
Mom and dad are going to Denver for sure. Find a different motel or Mikey can't party. To much.

Kind of disappointed you used pre-made alfredo sauce being it is really easy to whip up.
Other than that that looks flipping incredible. I'll be trying shortly. -
When are you going to post that on the weight loss forum? Looks tempting.

Knock ur socks off dude for anything else. I keep my recipes simple as I can for newbies.

I just lose weight. Seafood, fish ect. Not really many recipes. 70lbs in 3 years.
The sauce was low fat.

Mike,
Wow that is a great looking dish and that is awesome about the 70lbs. I just started back on low carbing again after taking SEVERAL months off in which I had gained about 15 after losing 40+ last year. -
Thanks, no looking back for me. It is gone. PERIOD! Would like to drop 15 more, but am fine if I don't.
Good Luck.

Very nice Mike! I'll try that with mine, to impress, of course!
Thanks.Molly
