Tuna steak recipe

Have some fresh tuna steaks. Need recipe to use on small BGE. Any help appreciated. Thanks, Ray Price

    Babyray,
    Marinate in 1/2 c soy sauce, 1/2 c honey, 1/4 c wasabi powder. Before grilling, roll in toasted sesame seeds. Grill at high temp for short amount of time. You want it seared on the outside, rare on the inside. Set aside some marinade (before putting in fish) for dipping sauce.[p]Very tasty!

    Melt one stick of real butter in sauce pan. Saute fresh chopped garlic in butter. Add lemonpepper and lemon juice. Dredge filets in mixture. Heat leftover sauce and pour over cooked filets, med-rare.
