Cayenne Rubbed Chicken with Avocado Salsa

Tonight I whipped out a recipe from my mother that was surprisingly light and very flavorful considering how simple all of the ingredients are. Anyways that is enough from me. Cue the pictures!
The prep was very simple so I lit me egg and then prepped while it was exercising.

The rub is nothing more than Cayenne Pepper, Kosher Salt, Black Pepper and Paprika. Mixed and then rubbed...

On to the grill...

While it was cookin I mixed up the Avocado Salsa. A very simple recipe that was very light and refreshing and a perfect contrast to the chicken...

It only has 4 ingredients. Avocado, Lime Juice, Onion and Salt...

Time to pull it off the grill...

Plated...

Everything turned out really well. Man I love the EGG!
