Just recieved a Maverick ET-73 the other day and while setting up discovered the lock mechanism on the remote transmitter broken. It built into th edoor you need to open to turn unit on. I emailed help@maverick and Elizabeth from Maverick responded and is happy to send me a new door/lock! No questions asked just whats you address!
Great service with a great product.

Keeps me wanting to keep coming back.

    I know what you mean about "Good Guys."

    Happy to be an Egghead, so BGE is one.

    Got a BBQ Guru, so they're one.

    Just called Peerless/Delta faucet to tell them the 10-year old kitchen faucet is dripping so they are sending me a part which I can easily replace. So they're one.

    Even my old Zippo lighter from back in another life is guaranteed as long as I live. So Zippo is one although it isn't likely they will need to act on it.

    I can probably come up with a couple'a more but not many more. When it comes to customer service many companies 'talk it but don't walk it.'
