Going healthy on us I see. I did the same cook last night (with buns). As we got up from the table I said "I didn't take a single picture". You could of heard a pin drop. :laugh:

Ross those look great. How do you keep them from drawing up on you? I have been struggling to have my burgers keep their shape. I use 90(meat)/10(fat) ground beef which might be a problem but maybe I need to press them more. Anyway, those look great - the wife would like them as she won't have hers on a bun. :ohmy:

Keep those bunless cheese burger pictures coming. I'm startng a new diet and no buns allowed. I believe the egg will actually help me in my efforts to avoid diabetes as I'm a big meat guy and the veges on the egg are great.

Dawg Gone Egghead:

If you want your patties to maintain there shape, when you form your patty, press your thumb into the middle of the patty to form a depression (only on one side). It'll maintain the the shape when you cook it.
