Mahi on the mini

At the Florida Eggfest after party Little Chef & Florida Grillin Girl grilled Little Stevens fresh caught Mahi Mahi. It was eggcellent and I am not a fan of fish. So today Ginny found some fresh Mahi Mahi filets at the DeKalb farmers market. She also got some nice sweet potatoes. So here we go on the mini:

Plated with sweet potato and DP Pineapple Head...it was all delicious...the Mahi was very moist..we will do it again

That looks really good. I used to shop at Dekalb all the time when we lived in Avondale Estates. I love it and do not get there very often anymore. I do miss the old building though. :(This is the greatest signature EVAR!

Very nice, Kim. It makes me want to go buy some mahi today. I want to go to that farmers market next time I'm in Atlanta, probably won't be til Eggtoberfest.

If you go to Dekalb Farmers Mkt (It is only a few miles from the Mothership) plan on spending a few hours. If you are going to cook at Eggtoberfest I bet they will have everything you need... :P -
