I don’t know who posted it but I saw it here and did it the same day. Great results… everyone loved it including the kids.
The quick version.
Egg wash chicken pieces and let sit a few hours then dredge in flower, corn starch and your favorite rub and then grill.
I cooked mine at about 400*. A little hot but that’s where my egg wanted to be and the natives were hungry. Anyway… wanted to thank the OP. Great easy recipe without all the oil and mess.

That’s the one. I read over it quick that day and now know I didn’t follow it all that close. I didn’t have time for the long egg set up and I used 50/50 flower and corn starch. Still darn good though.
Funny part was I told my wife about it just before she went to the store. She asked me if I was going to look up the recipe again… I said naaah… I got it.
This is a simple way to cook some good chicken… and it really does look and taste like fried.
I got to make some buffalo wings this way next  -
Glad that you and the family enjoyed that.Richard Fl has the recipe posted below.I think that letting it set overnight in the colander made a great base for the corn starch and seasoned flour to adhere to.
Kudos to Richard. He is the go to person for a recipe.
