Follow Poster Feature

I know there's a follow thread feature, buy on several other sites I use there's a "follow poster" or "follow member" feature that is nice.
We have several members here who consistently post great cooks. They do so often and with great frequency. It would be nice to have some setting to filter, or be alerted on their posts in particular.
Just a thought.
