Really like the pics that AZRP posted of the corn flake crusted chicken breast so I had to do some.
Did a 24hr marinade in seasoned buttermilk then dragged them through the corn flakes. They stuck really well.
The wife wanted a steak so I got a nice thick NY Strip for her. On the side we had small mixed potatoes and spaghetti squash with curried spinach. She had wine and I had a nice Helles style lager to wash mine down with.
