Profile Help please

I can't get photo I posted in profile to come up on my posts. There is a blank box in the corner of the post with an X in it.
Also, the profile page won't allow me to add any info, doesn't recognize me as a member.

Happily egging on my original large BGE since 1996... now the owner of 5 eggs. Call me crazy, everyone else does!

    Profile images are limited to 90x90. The most common reason for one failing to upload properly is that it is too big.

    I'm not sure I understand the second issue.

    When you are logged in, you should be able to edit your profile using "Member -> Edit my profile". Note that there is also a forum specific profile that you can edit by clicking on "my profile" at the top of this post. Which of these options is not working for you?

    I found a pic that is smaller than 90 X 90. It uploaded to my profile page (a sunset). I was trying to get it to the square on the upper left of each post, but it will not load there and there is an empty box with a red X in it. I don't know what the red X indicates or why the photo will not load to the corner of the post.

    #2 problem - while inside a post I click my profile. It goes to my profile page with boxes to make changes to the profile. It won't accept any changes I make, and says I am not a member, not recognizing my username or password. I would like to add further info and had tried many times, but that page just does not recognize me.

    Thanks for any help.

    The avatar image is uploaded from the "my profile" link in the post, not from the main profile page. We need to further customize the components to be better integrated.

    When you go to the "my profile" link, you should see a "submit" button at the bottom of the page. Are you saying that nothing happens when you click on submit; or, that you cannot make changes to fields?

    What browser are you using?

    I am using AOL. Can you please email me my password and I can try it again. The page only wants to recognize me as a guest.
