Chicken Alfredo Pizza...a tutorial

Last year Ginny and I went to the Mothership for a cooking class on pizzas. Bobby Q fixed a chicken alfredo pizza. It is one of our favorites. Here is how it is done:

First of all I love the AirBake pizza pans. The one on the right is 13" and is perfect for the small and the one on the left is 16.5" and it is great for the large.

This is the publix pizza dough. Normally it is rolled out to the edge of the pan but this pizza is a little heavier. This is the dough with olive oil, Classico Alfredo sauce & cooked & shredded chicken.
