The pics don't do it justice. The ribeyes, roastin ears, grilled vidalia, and grilled potatoes were great, but the bananas foster was the bomb.
I set the camera up so the flash was off. Then I think someone changed the setting. Needless to say you can't see the flame like I'd hoped.
...but it was gooooood!

Very nice. Did you serve them over ice cream?
I've only done them a couple times and have never been able to get any pics. They go quick and there is a very fine line between done and burned. -

Great looking meal JoJo. I think the alcohol flame is almost invisible and would have been very hard to photograph. They look awesome.

Hey Rod, yes we had vanilla bean ice cream. You're right about the time. We hit it just about right, the bananas were done but not too mushy.

Actually that shot was for Egret in OKC, but he said "nope", won't do it, so someone else finally tried the flaming shot. Ya know what happens to glass when it is exposed to flames for too long? :huh: It takes a layer of skin off your lips. :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:
