One of the birthday treats that my loving wife, LC, got me was a Photo light tent. It is a 30 X 30 X 30 inch cube and it comes with background lighting that shine through the tent. Hey, I'm a Bubba, I gots to play wif my new toy! :woohoo: So I secured a few colorful subjects and grabed the old Olympus E-10 4.0 meg SLR and took a few shots. Looks good on my end. For those that know photography, (I am not one of those) feedback would be appreciated. Thanks

Not sure I would mix Benefiber with Coconut Rum.

The colors are superior...fiber and rum? Maybe we should consult SC on this combo.LBGE Katy (Houston) TX

Well... You did choose interesting, colorful subjects... The color looks great, but I don't think I want to know about the after affect... Hee hee...

What I am looking at is very vibrant and good balance.
Are you seeing more intense colors with the original image?

Yes and a very crisp imageYou must master temp, smoke, and time to achive moisture, taste, and texture! Visit www.bubbatim.com for BRISKET HELP

I just learned that Photobucket can be upgraded for $40 a year. I little bit of an improvment but not close to the pooter.

It is sure hard to tell the difference between the two pictures.
You are sending the pictures up to photobucket and it looks like photobucket (or the forum) is scaling the pictures down.
From 1024px X 768pc to 620px X 465px.
Try doing the final size for upload on your computer then upload.
Take the width to 600px X (wherever it falls) and have the resolution to 72px.

Can't help you there. That's a concoction to 'challenge' your innards.
Rum 'n Coke 'tickles' your innards. Hence is more fun.

Here are a couple really good DIY plans for a lightbox.

Kind of fun to do and will give you some idea of what you might want if/when you might want to buy one. -

Those cubes are perfect for what they are designed for. They are designed to remove any glare or shadows so basically rendering the light neutral or non existent.
Perfect for photos of inanimate objects that you just want to present without any artistic flare or expression.
We used to build entire rooms out of rip stop nylon to do the exact same thing back in my commercial photography studio days. -
I would love to sit down with you someday with some of our fav libations and talk. Maybe in Oct. LC and I are coming in early. :woohoo:You must master temp, smoke, and time to achive moisture, taste, and texture! Visit www.bubbatim.com for BRISKET HELP

in college the only thing in my fridge was a fifth of the cheapest vodka imaginable (Zhenka, "distilled" in Londonderry NH, hahaha). we used to mix it with tang. no sense letting OJ thin the vodka!ed egli avea del cul fatto trombetta -Dante

Got it.
I will send a re-sized copy back in a few minutes.
I can see the difference in the original file you sent to me. Upload and post the file to see if you think there is a difference.
I think part of the difference is the physical size of your original image.
The files should be to you now.

Looks great Tim
