Oaxacan Tlayudas on the egg a 1st in over1000 yrs

The Oaxacan Market was visiting the Village so my wife Loren went to get some goodies.....suddenly today's cook on the egg turned Oaxacan........

Here.. warming engines up.... with arracheras, skirt steak.....& Shakin' the tree and some Malbec..

Tlayudas are extremely thin corn flour tortillas...... first spread pork lard refried beans.....

need to have this ingredients nearby...the cheese is oaxacan thread cheese.......

add the cheese to the tlayuda with beans....

by this time the arrachera-skirt is ready

slice the steak...and add all ingredients..
can you guess the only one not mexican.. :woohoo:

put on the egg to toast the tlayuda...just a few minutes
