cooked at 250 for 4 hours and 275 for the last hour came out awesome had some problems with the membrane on one slab but came out great fell right off of the bone. Thanks for the help yesterday with the membrane problem. Also used cherry wood for smoke. Thanks Nolan

yes sir 250 dome temp and 275 last hour put bbq sauce on last 30 minutes couldnt get membrane off one slab but couldnt tell the difference.

Yeah I fought a membrane on one slab of bbacks this weekend but finally got it off, it's amazing how well using paper towels to pull 'em off helps.

Cherry's the bee's knees for smoking ribs. My favorite by far. These look super, Nolan.
