Pork Tenderloin Dinner

This is my first picture post. I figured if I am doing all the prep work and all Kim is doing is putting food on the Egg I should take the picture credit. ;)

Dinner tonight was pork tenderloin marinated in Mojo sauce with extra Cilantro. Also some smashed potatoes.
