Marinaded pork in OJ,honey ginger and teriyaki sauce
and fries with sea salt,chile powder,paprika,black pepper..

    Heh, I would change that to pork "skewers". I was reading the post to see whyt your pork was sticking to the grid.

    How are you doing the fries? Mine always get burnt or just don't seem right.

    Gotta love all that grid space. Recently picked up an XL, but the gasket came detached and is now very crispy. Nothing at all like all the other eggs I started out with, but the last two have used that sticky tape adhesive to attach the gasket to the cooker, and both have come off (cleanly) so I'm going to go with the newer Nomex. Just installed it on my #1 yesterday (it is an LBGE) and I will give it a test run. If all is well, then I'll order one for the XL. Just as I was getting used to it, I can't use it!

    Arrrrrgh!

    Your cook looks and sounds like a good one, and I have yet to try some fries in the egg. Going to add that to the list of things to try.
