Hey Michelle:

You never told me your honest opinion about the huge steak's presentation... did you get to read my response that day?

cheers!

Pato...LOL....I was kinda hoping you'd forget..... Honestly....now, you asked, right?? From a purely professional perspective, I thought it looked a bit silly. If the butcher left the whole ribeye on there, so it truly was a cowboy cut, maybe! But even at that, I just thought it was total overkill in the bone department. The meat itself looked beautiful though. ;) Sorry!! You asked!!

Hahahaha now... why would you be sorry?? I asked hehehe... I wanted to tknow what you meant by presentetion itself because as I had mentioned, these were tests for a steakhouse... so... And anyways haha... the world is this great place we leave in because diverse people with diverse opinions wander through it  and every once in a while they're not afraid to share that point of view... I personally liked the meat itself a lot... and the bone  hahaha... maybe not for a michelin-starred establishment, but for a common beer-and-steak steakhouse... but hey! that's me...:lol:

    Cheers!
