Boil some small potatoes about twenty minutes until tender. Then smash them on a baking sheet that has been coated with olive oil and drizzle some more oil over them. Salt and pepper them and bake at 400 until lightly browned. -RP

Morning Barbequetioner:
Faith gave you the recipe I use most often. The only diffenece I do is to microwave the tators before smashing them instead of boiling them. I think a metal pan of some sort with a heavy coat of oil to smash the tators into works best too!
