Pulled Pork for graduation party...

I was asked if I would make some pork BBQ for my niece's graduation party today so I started a bunch last night...
Here's what I started with...

After prepping with my rub...

Reacked and ready for the smoker...

4:00 in the afternoon...

I had to improvise a rain cover, I was working between severe thunderstorms and bought a flue cover that fit perfectly...

15 hours later or 7am the next morning after going all night at 225 degrees...

Foiled to finish off and get past the plateau to the final temp of 195 degress internal

Pulling away...

The end result. I wound up with 2 of these tins.

Wow that looks great! I have two in the 'fridge right now that are seasoned and ready to go. They'll hit the Egg this evening and I hope they look as good as yours.

Indirect, I have the adjustable rig using a BGE stone on the spider underneath the racks. -
Thanks for the pics of the meat already stacked on the rig. That helps me out. I'm getting ready to order the spider rig combo. Great looking pork!
