Those potatoes look great, Ross! (as does the chicken) My friend Dave did some of those potatoes the other night, and I have them on my list to cook. He used a different recipe, so I'll do some w/Emeril's recipe and one from his.

That is afine looking meal Ross,we love those potatoes and there are so many ways you can do them.I put chopped bacon and let it cook onto the potatoe,my kids love that. Nice pics
