Wanted to show my daughter's artwork of me cooking on the Egg, so I made it my profile pic. Had to share. Weird how the pic shows up when I click on my "500" link, but does not show in the "Flat" view on the posting.
Also looking for your favorite chicken wing recipes and setups for cooking them. Thanks.

Can't help with the pic but I do wings at 350-400 indirect to about 190. Some sauced
and others with your favorite rub in the hangers
