    I like to use Jamaican Firewalk or Swamp Venom.I clean out the seeds and veins and I use these to control how much heat is in them , and the flavor is great!

    Coy...Did a bunch of ABT's for the folks on Mothers Day.Wore latex gloves, cleaned out the seeds and veins in the peppers. Filled with cream cheese, put little smokies on top of the cheese, wrapped each one with a half slice of apple smoked bacon. Put swamp venom on half of them and tsunami spin on the rest. Had no left overs. :)

    just a matter of preference I suppose but I also like a piece of "little smokie" in my ABT's but I place mine in the bottom of the pepper boat and then the cream cheese. I build them like this...BTW it's a slideshow and sometimes you have to click or even double click on it depending on your browser.
