Hey Birthday Boy,
Just yesterday, I was thinking of you, and the Mad Max Turkey technique, while I prepped my Lemon Chicken. Not just because you're a breast man.....but this time I froze the lemons so they would keep the breasts cooler during the first part of the cook.
