Chicken Fried Rice & Vegys

I have been posting my kids cooks the last week. I decided to wok some chicken fried rice with vegys...it was gooood...

Wokking the chicken which was marinaded in soy sauce & sesame oil

cooking the onions

added the vegys & ginger

added the rice and ready to scramble the eggs

all done & ready to eat

BTW...my daughter Trisha signed up today. Her handle is strwbrry y'eggerbomb...

Hey Kim,

I bought a wok a while back and never got around to cooking with it. After seeing your post, I'm inspired to break it out and try some fried rice. Excellent job on your cook!

That looks great Kim!! I had some fried rice tonite but it didn't look as good as yours.
