Made a batch of "The" Chicken tonight, realized its been a year since I've made it. Man that stuff is good. Just used leg quarters. -RP

I made some last week. I make extra sauce now and use it for wings and other things. Between yours and Kims recipes you'll keep me cooking for a long time.

Very slow
I still have a little work to do before pouring the concrete countertops,but once that's done,I can start on finishing the cabinets,then the lighting,plumbing,painting/staining,and finishing the roof :pinch: Damn,I'm tired just thinkin about it :P

We caught a few Trigger Fish (awesome...taste like lobster....), and some Yellowtail Snapper. I think the full moon messed up the fishing a bit....feed too much at night, so the bite was off today. Frankly, we really didn't care, it was just so great to be back out there together! Oh, and I caught a sunburn, too.
:laugh: No matter what, it was a great day!

Randy, thats too bad! :( We've had the same discussion...just can't quite make ourselves do it though, and frankly, I am glad!
(No disrespect, but where do you fish in Arizona??) -
Believe it or not, there are more boats per capita in AZ than any other state. It is a 3 hour drive for me to launch my boat. -RP

Ouch!! And we thought our hour drive was bad! Six miles to the ocean, but the boat is stored 50 miles away. :ermm: :blink: For you, you may as well plan a weeks vacation, all around boating! :huh:

Took a little inspiration from "The Chicken" recipe last night. Wanted to do cedar planked salmon but needed a backup in case I didn't like that so I did wings. The wings were really fatty and I wanted to do the direct but didn't want all that fat dripping into the lump. "The Solution" was to use the method from "The Chicken" and let the chicken fat season a try full of tater tots. When they were don'e I moved them upt o top with the wings and gave the Salmon 7-8 minutes direct on its plank.
Wow it was all goood! Best tater tots ever. -

Really like the looks of "The Chicken". I went to the recipes to look for it and didn't see anything that matched. Can you steer me toward a recipe for it. If Frank in Houma says it's good then no more discussion needed.
