how easy it is to Wok a good little meal. The wok/spider setup is my favorite & really easy. Tonight I wokked up some chicken, veggies, rice & homemade eggrolls. Added some Mandarin Orange Sauce toward the end and it's time to eat. No recipes enfringed tonight.

Oh I agree about woking on the BGE! It's such ANOTHER natural use of the egg. For sake of newbies however you really ought to point out you used a "tjv Spider" to hold your wok so that it is soooooooooo easy. If readers don't understand then closely look at the little pieces of metal protruding into the 5 crescents of the fire ring.Re-gasketing the USA one yard at a time

sold my regal got another last wednesday!! 01 silver with leather and a sunroof!! put it in the paper this morning and it sold at 3 o'clock this afternoon
had about 10 calls today
and i have a spider!!
i would give it a spin this weekend but i am going to big'un's house saturday morning and will not be home till late saturday night! sunday is a wash with mothers day soooooooo....
maybe we can see what we can put together mext saturday

i like the wok with the handle better on the egg. if your using a wok for stir fries and hot heat cooks its fast and there is no time to close the dome. i bring the egg up to 600 degrees, open the dome and close the lower vent so there is high heat and no real flames, the handle comes in handy if things start to burn because your not moving fast enough. now if your melting butter and cooking shrimp then you want a lower heat and the ability to shut the dome so no handle works good therefukahwee maineyou can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it

just remember to shut the lower vent when cooking with the dome open or the fire goes out of control, with it shut the flames will disapear but will still be very hot
