Okay...so I'm a big time lurker and don't get to post very often. But just laying around today (while my kabobs marinated) ;-) and thought I would post some pics from last weekends cook.

They were both rather simple.....inspired off of a Bobby Flay Throwdown that we say on food-network.
Meatballs
1 lb ground chuck
4 eggs
parsley
onion
plain bread crumbs
Romano cheese
Sauce
Olive oil
Garlic
2 cans peeled/crushed tomatoes

Just ate the kabobs....downloading pics now....they turned out great...just a little overdone.
As far as the meatballs....I liked the smokey flavor...very subtle. In general, my wife isn't a huge fan of the smokey flavors. -
