I am hooked on "Hot Tubing" of steaks! You will be amazed at how juicy they are......

I season them up and then vacum pack them, and in the Hot Tub for 1 hour. I then get the Egg heated up to 650 to 700 degs, For the steaks I did Friday night, 1 1/2 in New Yorks, I grilled each side for 90 seconds pulled rested under alum. foil with a thermonter and brought the temp up to 130 and served. they where rare to med rare which is how I like them, Just remember that when you put them on the grill they are already at 102 degs or what ever temp your tub is so a good sear is all they need, and I use the 1 min per 1 inch thick method.
Enjoy as you will be hooked on "Hot Tubing" :):)
