I have posted my double-secret method for cooking ribs in the past....
http://www.eggheadforum.com/index.php?option=com_simpleboard&func=view&id=596913&catid=1
However, today I'm stepping up to do the much-respected 3-1-1 method, as I have the time and will be at home trying to stay out of the tornadoes in Alabama.
What have you 3-1-1 experts found is the most tasty method for the lube in the foil. I usually use beer/rub combo in my method. Know it will work, but I'm just curious. Thanks....

I don't put into a foil pouch, but what I do is put them into an aluminum pan. I squirt honey over the ribs, then pour apple juice over the ribs, then cover with foil and let steam/bake/ whatever for an hour or so. It seems to work well with the apple wood that I love to smoke with.
Have a great Sunday. -
