Shrimp Po-boy

Made a few of these tonight. Used some Zatarins fish batter on some and the others a mixture w/ Panko. Dredged in some egg beaters & Coach's Low Country Boil Seasoning. Fried up nicely in the wok. Also, made a few frozen fries for the side. Enjoy!

Thanks CB, I are one at times

Great looking shrimp. What size is the BGE/wok? It looks like a minimum gap between the wok and the fire ring..so the air flow is reduced and not creating a raging fire.LBGE Katy (Houston) TX

Thanks Gunnar, it's a large bge & the wok/spider from tjv.

Thanks. Tried one Saturday night while at the Soiree from Jax's. Decided to make them myself.
It's the non-egg stone I broke months ago. After the shrimp I left the spider in & the DO was too big. Tried some redneck engineering balancing for a few minutes, took the picture & realized I was probably asking for a problem. Placed the grill grate for a safer approach. -
good idea!!!
so you liked jax's i told you they made a pretty good one.. did you get the pasta salad? when i had some it was hotter than anything else i tried from them
happy eggin
