The boys and I are sort of batching it today and I got a hankering to try my hand at a hearty brunch of blueberry pancakes, bacon and eggs. For a first time try I'd say I did pretty well - and my boys seem to think so too! This is a slide show so click away!

That looks pretty good Ron. Looks like the boys enjoyed it. Couldn't even lift their heads off the plate for a photo.

yea - when they have to share there's no time to take their eyes off the plate!
BTW a tip of the hat again to SpringChicken for putting me on to that griddle.

I went to griddle q's site and that is really nice stuff. 14 gauge 430 stainless steel!! That's almost military grade. You're getting to be like Little Steven planting these "expensive" gadgets in my brain.
Thanks Ron or should I thank?? Leroy. :)

Hey man, that's the way I like my pancakes... eggs on top. Now you've gotten me want'n some.

Fun to cook pancakes, bacon and eggs on the Griddle Q. Also easy to clean up afterward. Glad I got mine.

I'm taking my Griddle Q to Austin for the Texas Eggfest but I haven't decided yet what I'll cook on it. Maybe a pancake breakfast just to show it off. We may also cook some fish on it for fish tacos.

And Reelgem picked up on the fact that it is a well made griddle. Lifetime warranty too.

    Glad you are enjoying yours.

I went to the griddle-q site also. By the dimensions of the GQ12 looks like it would fit in a med BGE.

    Thoughts?

No it won't - the diagonal length is 18" and a med is only 15" as I recall. This model really fills a large. BTW notice how nicely it cleans up!

Yep it's 15 in. Should have done the math, albeit the yard stick was quicker

The unit sure looks great even after clean up.

    Thanks,
