Took a boneless turkey breast from half of a 15# turkey, added some chicken thighs.

Cooked in small indirect 325F for 1 hour with rosemary wood for smoke. Some rub and Italian dressing to coat.

Pulled when breast was at 1611F. Nice and moist.

Had steamed asparagus and yellow squash and onions sauted for sides. Sorry no pics of the plate for dinner.

OOHHHHH..... hit Carrabba at happy hour last year... was not good........ they bring them two at a time and I think I did 6....... do not remember dinner at all and I think I lost a shoe on the ride home. Of course we recovered enough to come up with a good mix at home LOL they go down like punch and then they give you a punch :S !

Richard, looks great here is one I did. It is a airline turkey breast. I cooked it on my xl over a pan of Chardonnay. It was so good, it melted in your mouth!

  • HI Richard, it looks like you were having fun last night!

I used your Indian River Pixie Dust on some pork. Thank you so much - it was delicious.

Julie, funny story about the Carrabas martini!
