This was a new recipe I found today on www.cedargrilling.com. It turned out great.
Pork tenderloin with La Bomba, cilantro lime pesto & goat cheese

Sweet potato fanned coated with olive oil & pineapple head

That almost looks like chimichurri, Kim. Whatcha put in that pesto?

The pesto has cilantro, lime juice, onion, garlic, pine nuts & EVOO. This was all blended in a food processor.
It was delicious...the La Bomba really kicks it up a notch. -

Very nice Kim. I did one the other day with bomba, baby spinach and feta cheese and it was good but yours is over the top

This is a double deja vu night for me.....I recently did a planked salmon with an Asian pesto. It was spinach, mint,cilantro,onion, ginger, orange juice and zest, rice wine, vinegar, soy, sesame, hoisin and chile sauce.
And get this, I found it in a recipe for baby back ribs. Heheeee.Happy Trails~thirdeye~Barbecue is not rocket surgery
