Got to hit the bed soon for work but burned alittle bird and pineapple first. Indirect on raised grill 275 with plenty of presimmon wood.

Chicken and pineapple soaked in the fresh pineapple juice, brown sugar and tereaki sause. Chemeka was fired up and old Sue (13) was reasting her bones.

Cooked till 165 internal. I didn't probe these just went by feel but were really good dusted with DP's Swamp Venium.

Jake has really got into ice tea the last couple weeks. Have to get him off to drink my self AND he is 100% USDA approved for food grade pics!

Watch that Jake - keep out of the drinks. NO SWIMMING signs needed.
That chicken & pineapple sure makes the mouth water - Very nice.

Some sort of "weed" out of the yard! Fancy, my Arab, eats them so for a quick garnish I figured it would work and so far it hasn't killed me!
(Man I got to quit giving away all my secreats!! ) -
My wife does one up in a ziplock all at once for me to eat as a snack at work over the course of several days and during that time it will make some juice. She adds a little caned if needed.
