I do not think I thanked you for the sweet little jar of rub you gave us in Ocala! WOW there is a lot of punch in that little jar!!! We used it on a nice hunk of beef last night and it was awesome! When it was finished we wrapped in foil and dumped what we thought was some Carnivore on it but it wasn't, I grabbed the wrong jar out of the frig, it would have been over the top with that but the sauce was just OK. it was a strawberry chipolte and not nearly as good :(
